Kale, Nero Di Toscana and Cabbages started + Some flowers

Sowed some seeds today ready for this years planting at the Allotment. Used up last years seed of the Kale "Borecole Vates Blue Curled, multiple seeds into 10 x 6cm pots outside in the old seed starting poly-tunnel here at home.

Next to them we also sowed the Borecole Nero Di Toscana in another 10 x 6cm set of pots. Yet somehow I managed to get all the pots mixed up, ah well, at least they are all headed to the same spot at the Allotment plot. Saved back quite a few of these seeds for next year as there where 300 or so in the packet.

The Cabbages (Late Summer/Autumn) - All Season Mix have also gone into pots, not many seeds for the £3.99 we paid for them, got 20 pots going of these. There are 3 types of Cabbage in this pack, 'Attraction F1', Cabbage 'Minicole F1', Cabbage 'Sir F1' but they are all in the same sealed package so we will have no idea which is which.

The two trays in the middle are some flowers for the garden at home.

We have never grown flowers from seed before, but we thought we would give it a go to brighten up the back garden this summer. We may even take some to the Allotment if we get loads to germinate.
