Oca Tubers (Oxalis tuberosa) Starting to Grow

The Oca Tubers (Oxalis tuberosa) are starting to grow, they started to chitt in the cardboard boxes, and as the tubers started to grow shoots, they got put into 10cm pots of compost. We now have 13 that are growing in pots with real signs of life, 2 more chitting still on the cardboard waiting to be potted up.

Just about all of the small tubers, shrivelled up into nothing but these have been potted just in case.
