In the Soft Fruit section of the Allotment, where we have Black, White and Red Currants, along with Sungold Raspberries, normal Red Raspberries and of course, the Gooseberry and Jostaberry bushes. Some of the fruit are all ready for harvest.
Picked 376g of Red Currants today, and 338g of the Sungold Raspberries, a hand full of the Red Raspberries as well (67g)
We pick the fruit as they ripen and pop them into the freezer at home for making Jam's, Jelly's and wine later on in the year once the fruit season is completely over.
