A new addition to the Mediterranean herb garden.

Back in May, we planted up an old firepit that had seen better days.

It's now looking very healthy and lush, with the herbs bushing out and filling the space.

I have just taken cutting of some old sages we already had, A common Sage which is already in the planter, and a Blackcurrant sage, both had got woody and leggy as they didn't really have the best conditions to grow. The Blackcurrant sage will be added to this planter once the cuttings have rooted.

However yet another trip to the local garden centre, we came home with yet more plants and pots for the garden and a Sage for the Mediterranean herb garden, a Pineapple Sage. This new Sage has it's new home next to the Common Sage.
