The poly-tunnel tomatoes Tomato "Supersweet F1", "Gardeners Delight" and "Lucinda F1" are doing great nearly reaching the top of the tunnel climbing steadily up their supports. The Marrow "Long Green Bush" has even started to fruit as is starting to take over in it's corner section.
Where we planted the first Thor F1 peppers even more tomato plants have started to grow from out home-made compost. These pepper plants seem to be a bit on the slow side at the moment, might just be we planted then out a little early.
The Thor F1 peppers in the greenhouse are doing well, with quite a bit of new growth, and quite a few are starting to come into flower now.
The beer Hops are way behind this year, but now with a bit of sunshine and rain they are making good speed up the lines to the top of the poles.
The Oca Tubers (Oxalis tuberosa) are still very slowly growing, but looking great.
Every thing is starting to catch up at last, still hardly any climbing beans, I think we have just 4 plants so far out of 24 canes. Hopefully the ones I have started off at home will be able to catch up once they germinate. The same goes for the beetroots as well.
